🔎 Tracking Information
When tracking is available, shipment details will be sent electronically. Tracking may not update immediately after a label is created or after the parcel is transferred between carrier facilities.
Large or multi-item orders may arrive in separate packages.

When tracking shows delivery but the parcel cannot be found, customers should:

- Ask household members, neighbors, or building staff.
- Allow time for a premature carrier scan to update.
- Contact the carrier when appropriate.
